Printing from your phone or laptop/tablet is also available. For further information on the Mobile Printing service please ask at the issue desk.

The ICT team are friendly and very helpful.  They are available to help you with any technical problems you may have, e.g. connecting to the WiFi, using the computers or printer etc.

You can report any ICT issues through the UniDesk self-service portal.

There are mobile phone chargers situated around the library.

If you would like help brushing up your ICT skills, e.g. learning how to create a document in Microsoft Office, please look out for the drop-in study skills sessions.

If you do not have access to ICT equipment speak to your PAT who may be able to arrange for you to borrow a laptop for your studies.

There are 15 PCs on floor one and a further 8 PCs on floor 2 as well as 8 Apple Macs in the Library.  You can also borrow a laptop on a short loan for library use only.
