Book borrowing and study space availability during Covid-19

Changes to Services

Due to Covid restrictions, there is a limit to the number of people that can access the partner libraries at any one time. Limited space means that normal services such as book borrowing and study space access currently have to be booked in advance. This following list has forms for:

  • Arranging a Click and Collect time
  • Requesting postal loans
  • Reserving a study space (where applicable)

Please use the relevant form or contact details for your home library. A member of the library team will contact you when your items are ready to collect. If you have a query about other issues, please contact your home library before travelling to avoid disappointment.

Before requesting Click and Collect, please check the library catalogue or Multisearch beforehand, as you will be required to enter the following book details on the request form.

  • Title of the book
  • Author/Editor
  • Edition or Year
  • Shelfmark, eg. 301 GID, 823 WEL

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to place requests directly in the library catalogue or Multisearch.
