The DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals is an independent index listing almost 17 500 peer-reviewed, open access journals. It covers all areas of arts and humanities, social sciences, science, technology and medicine, and features open access journals from all countries in all languages.
The DOAJ allows you to search for journals or articles.
The journal search includes the following information:
Links to the journal website and ISSN Portal.
The new Library Search is now available. This video covers the main features of the new system.
It replaces the library catalogue (libcat.uhi.ac.uk) and also the one known as Multisearch.
The changes may affect any links to the old system that you may have stored in bookmarks or other systems such as Brightspace. Further details can be found later in this guide.
