For each Module, a Reading List sign-off form should be created. This details the costs involved and gives the SN Librarian's judgment on the availability and affordability of the module reading list. This form is filled in at the end of the iterative process, and copies provided to the Faculty Officer, Module leader and can be viewed on SharePoint by Academic Partner Library Staff.
The Sign Off is primarily designed to give the Approval Panel assurance on the Reading List, and can also help to inform purchasing decisions. A list can be found here.
