There is a small Library at the Scottish School of Forestry (SSF) within our Balloch campus.
The Library holds books relevant to the courses delivered at SSF, and also houses a small collection of material donated by the Inverness Beekeepers' Association.
Computers and study facilities are available during the opening hours of the building.
There is a small collection of books at the SSF campus. We operate an honesty service, and ask that if you are taking a book from the Library that you sign it out on the pad next to door.
From May 2022, a collection of Core Forestry texts will be located in the main campus Library to ensure availability.
Students at SSF can also use any of the Library and LRC facilities of the main campus, borrow books from any partner library, or request material from the British Library.
To return books please put them back on the returns shelf inside the Library. They will be reshelved by a member of the Library team.
There are a large number of online resources available to you. For further information, please contact the Library team or the Subject Network Librarian for Forestry, Morag Llewellyn.
